How do you bring a second player into a game? instead of meeting only the people already created by the makers, i want to have friends who i created as well, how do you meet the other characters that you've created?

You can only do that on free play mode.

make a person and set them to free street 3, then while in bust out mode get your friend to press start then they can pick the person that you made...
