ok, whats in the tomb in the desert is regirock. after you do the thing w/relicnth and wailord you go to the desert tomb read the brail turn around go down 2 steps then right 2 steps use strength then the door will open, go through,save then hit a on regirock and battle. get down to lowest health without killing,use an ultra ball for best catch. beware the attacks of regirock are superpower,rockthrow,curse and ancient power. dont run from him he will go away 4ever. if you mess up turn off game.(thats y u saved before)
keep trying to catch him then save after he is caught!

okay first u need a relicanth and a wailord go 2 the sealed chamber which 2 get 2

Registeel- go 2 the weather tower and go down untill u see a man u may have to battle him okay 2 make it easer on route 120 go southwest u will find a man battle him he says when u talk 2 him again "I beleive there are some ruins in that rock over there but there is no enterance" but u opened the door so go get registeel u have 2 get in the middle and use fly

regice-go 2 route 105,there is an island to the westthat has a mountain on it.
Go there ,enter and stand in front of the wall hit a once , then again and dont do anything in about 2 mins or so the door will open and the last regi is all yours
