How do you challenge Grunty after you defeat her once?

you have to have enough notes, and puzzle pieces, but in the Furnace fun room, at the back is a set of stairs that leads up to her, but through some obsticles. there is a note door. there is a large brass door that can only be unlocked by the big grunty puzzle and behind that is 4 note doors, not needed to face her, to do that jump in the cauldron those note doors have full restore items behind it, EGGS< RED FEATERS< GOLD FEATHERS< AND ONE OTHER I HAVE NOT UNLOCKED YET
