Ok I got this off a website that i can't remember and it works

From the entrance go up and to the right. You'll exit into a new area. Go under
the sign to the right. Pass the first set of stairs and go up. You'll come to
another set of stairs, and Carbos to the left of those. Head down and left,
following the raised path until you come to the end. Go down the stairs then
head up. Hug the right side of the path and you'll find TM 37 off to your
right. Continue up and you'll come to another raised path. After it is another
item - a full restore. To the right will be a shack of sorts. Continue upwards
and then to the left. Eventually you'll come to a sign. Head underneath it to
the left and you'll exit into another area.

Continue left, skip the first raised platform with stairs, but go up the second
one. Follow it to the end, then continue up a distance until you can no more,
then go right to find TM 40. Continue right, then go up at the grass patch, and
left to another item, Protein. Keep going left, then head down through some
grass, and you'll eventually come to a new area. Go down and you'll find Gold
Teeth. You'll need these for later. After collecting them go left to find TM
32. Search the statue just to the top left of it to find a hidden Revive, then
enter the house. You can now use your remaning time to catch pokemon, or just
run out the clock and you'll be brought to the exit.
