In the library, there's this bookcase that you go into and there's a Famous Witch and Wizards Card in there but i can;t seem to figure out how to get it. So if anyone knows hoe to please tell me.

If it's the card that's floating high up in the room, use your knockback jinx to shoot it down.

you need to go further in the game and you learn a new spell to make platforms appear and you fire that at the big hole place where the platforms are hovering in mid air. i hope this answers your question.
