How do I get out from the last floor in night shift, all the doors are locked?

After I jump in the top of the elevator I go through the vents and i finish the mission but all the doors are locked.

It took me awhile to figre it out how to unlock the door.First get your decruptor out hold the r1 (the button you click when you fire a shot)button.it will take a few seconds.so be patient.after it matchs the code it opens the door(or you type in the code that it says on there i can t remember. your answer,gamefreak
