crimson heads are just faster because they are. they are just as easy to take down though, unless you get slashed with its huge claws, then it might be harder to take down


you will need to find the broken shotgun. it is in the storeroom. then go to the room and take the working shotgun off the wall and replace it with the broken shotgun.

Crimson heads are the product of zombies that you put down but didn't incinerate or blow off their head. If you failed to do this then awhile after you "killed" them the first time they will re-emerge as crimson heads.

Crimson Heads are mutated versions of regular zombies. When you "kill" one of them the T-Virus accelerates inside them. Changing their appearance and increasing their phsyical abilities. Its just what the T-Virus does. The longer an organism is infected, the more greusome the mutations. Proven in the "Hunters" and "Tyrant". They have been horribly mutated, but are bloody more dangerous than zombies!

you never really hav to kill that many crims, wen you kill a zombie you prevent a crim comin back by the obvious 2 wich is decapatation and burning but the other way is that sum crims domt actuarly come allive only if u walk or run over there bodies. if at any time u fight a crim and hav no ammo or wanna save ammo, they r easy to avoid, seeing as crims only swipe with there right claw (left in japans versian) just dart at them, then wen u are in striking distence run past his left side.
