You don't. If you haven't already talked to the little kid in front of the Ham Ranger show arena who really wants to see them, it's the missing kid from Boo Manor. Go to the manor, Go to the picture with the crying hamster and tell her the situation. She'll turn into Ham Red and it's easy from there. Good luck!

He won't go in so you have to go back to Boo Manor to the room with the painting of the sad looking hamster and say a Ham-Chat and she somehow turns into Ham Red and you go to funland(automatically)and the show goes on and after that, Their hearts are healed.
