I think it`s in the portal down the well.NOTE:Remember,you have to get a monster with a thunder skill to give to the man.Once you do that,the portal will open.Try it,okay,cuz it`s been a long since I went there in my game.Sorry if it doesn`t work,okay.

it is in the portal at the bottom of the well dosnt show often but keep looking
