when your attitude meter is blinking move the control stick to do ur special taunt. Then u will have like 30 seconds to pull off your special by heavy grappling ur opponent(Hold A) then move the control stick in any direction while they r in that grapple and then u do ur special. This works for when they are standing up. If you want to do ur special to them when they are on the ground then u just pull off ur special taunt then heavy grapple them while they are on the ground.

You have to get your special then do a strong grapple then push up on your controller stick.
