i use the 3-4 D with the weak side blitz then spread ur d line and move the linebackers toward the tightend then get on the saftey then go toward the line like u r going to blitz then blitz that makes the line confused and they will block u and some one will be open to sack or make a good takle

Use the Quarter Defense ( Cover 2 Man 1 )spread your linebackers using R1 up and bring your secondary in using Triangle down. If you do that then you got a 90% chance of gettin' interceptions or sackin' da QB trust me if you use it right then you can't go wrong. Or you can do the same thing wit' Quarter Defense ( Quarter halves ) also son.
