on the south side of town there is a torched building with a quarter pipe inside it. get onto the roof to the left of this building, get speed and jump over the torched building. I havnt done it yet but that sounds like a good place to start looking.

its by the burned up house. approach it going down elm street (by the dealers house) an go on the way left inside the house, launch off the quarter pipe and do a lip trick on the telephone wire. keep doin it until it says arson investigation. it will take a few trys to get it perfect.
you go to the burnt house and hit the half pipe inside of it then do a lip trick on the power line and it will take a few trys but it is the way to do it.good luck!!!!!!!!!!
