you go into the library (the door is in the entrance hall when you first enter on the left on top of the stairs.) you find all of the books and put them back in order. once you do that, go back to the entrance hall and find 4 things that'll open the door to go into the next part of hollow bastion. now go outside of the lift stop. best that you level up as you go along. go up the stairs and examine the crystal thing. basicly you have to keep going higher. when you reach the castel chaple (or something like that) fight maleficent. then you have to go to the great hall. i think you go through some lift stops again, but not much. now you fight riku/ansem all on your own. just keep using cure and arora when he takes alot of your damage. now that your a heartless you have to go to the entrace hall. the best way to get there is to just keep jumping off of the deck things.

This is when you become a Heartless, I believe. If so, make your way outside and jump off all the cliffs cuz elevators don't work. go as far down as you can til you reach the area just below the castle and take the auto-elevator back up and go into the main doors.
