all you do is wear your foundry clothes and talk to them to make them your friends the one option would be to goto the act freindly command and ask to join your crew then go to foundry and call them. now that they are in your crew you can switcth to them and make them go to the shop and change outfit. the other option is to talk to them so much that they decide they like your style and change themselves
