i must be a complete idiot. i cant seem to find any monsters that i can mug or they drop energy crystals. or what i can make pulse ammo with. i need both these items to upgrade some weapons.i am on disc 4, and i need help.

The best way is to fight ruby dragons on the highest level buy using tonberry's level up ability unless u want to fight about forever trying to get one to drop an energy crystal once u get one u can then turn one into 10 pulse ammo with ifrits ammo ability.
