Okay,this is my team that I used before I reset the game.(Its no fun when you beat it)
Flareon-I used it to take on the Dragonites,wins easily,but mine was at a VERY high level. Typlosion-Eh,just because he was my starter pokemon. Feraligatr-Floods out Charizard. Sudowoodo-K.O-ed Aerodactyl wth a simple mach punch.Dont ask how I taught her that. Jolteon-Die Garados!DIE!!!!!
Its really easy. All you have to do is use ice moves on his Dragonites, thunder moves on his Aerodactle and his Gyarados, and a water move on his Charizard
omg... you guys actually think Electric pokemon can beat lances charizard? Use a fricking water type monstor for better hit(make sure its at least lvl 45 or higher)
just get an ice/Dragon pokemon (i got horsea, you can also get the red garydos in the lake who is excellent) and train it up A LOT (until ur horsea goes to seadra, then kingdra) and make sure it knows dragon/ice moves. use it to be super effective against his pokemon
(p.s, ice is the best type in my opinion.) on my pokemon sapphire, i have got Regice who is ultra powerful

i used a kadbra lvl 56 that knew ice punch thunderpunch firepunch and phycic use thunderpunch for gyrados and aredactle, use ice punch for dragonites all on his K.O.'s because of kadrbras high special attack

Getting dragon type pokemon to pit against Lance's.

Look it's very easy i have beaten him with a Crobat l 49, Feraligatr l 51 , Lugia l 42 and other weak pokemon.Just train your pokemon a bit and catch Lugia!!!
