when shana gets captured you have to go to vellweb and dont go in the door turn left.

Go to vellweb. After you talk to Shirley, go left. After you wald the straight path, you'll be in a cylinder shaped room with 3-4 doorways. find the one on the right side of the stair case. From there go down the steps, through the pathway, and you'll find Shana and Zieg
