I have no idea, however if i had to guess i'd say your computer has a THIRD PARTY viewer and HE/SHE is Dismantling your internet access little by little. This has happened to me too, so i wouldn't be surprised. But then again, I'm not at your CPU terminal, so i can't be sure...
