It is a glitch as someone said. But it is possible to get them, just very hard. If you do geet them, then the game will say 101%/100 for that level.

It is a glitch in the game.you cant ever gt them but if you dont want them there, then leave firworks factory if you are in it and do the hard difficulty cheat code.then they shouldnt be there.the game puts it on easy,medium,or hard mode depending on how good you are doing.they are only there in the easy version of the game.
