How can i find the door in the pool( apprehension )/how can i get out of the pool?

after i plummeted down to the pool, i cannot find the way out.there are two pools blocked by the wall, and i tried both of them to find any door or something.i found two doors in the pool i was dropped into with the cart, but i cannot find a way out.in the other pool i cannot even find a door.
