some one told me to get billy and move the black and the wihte thing but i tryed to push both of them at the same time it did not work what do i do?

No, actually, the green smoke is bad; that's poison and that means you've made a wrong move.
On the table in that room is a chess board. You need to have Rebecca look at the chess board as a guide to how you need to move the life-size pieces in the room to solve the puzzle.
Have Billy push the white king one square past the black pawn. Then move it west to the edge of the board (-> that way is west). Finally push it up against the white rook in the top corner and you're finished.
