how can u make the console come up? do u have to put in a cheat or what? i am trying to put codes in but the thing wont come up and i have other games that have the console for cheats.

i dont know where to type it but just type " o p e n g a n g s t e r " somewhere and u should here 3 gun shots.but dont hold anything!then if u here 3 gun shots then try shift + ~
