Ok. Assuming you've got a shortcut on your desktop, if not create one. Right click on the shortcut and select properties from the dropdown menu. A window should have opened with the top text field highlighted, this is what you need to change. Click on the end of the line, where it says .exe" (the cursor must be on the right of the "), then press space, next you need to type -DEVMODE so the end of the line looks like this .exe" -DEVMODE then click OK. Whenever you insert the disk to play the game, hold down the shift key to stop it auto-booting. Then start the game using the edited shortcut.
