ok i am in the mines fild and i can not find the weel to open up the storm drain it is liek not there i have looked 100 times!

When you come out of that tunnel and climb the ladder and walk on the ledge around the corner an get onto that open sandy feild there is a litttle crack in the rocks really close to the high voltage fence it leads into another feild and there are threee army guys kill them and there will be a little house with the wheel in it
