If you mean the guy at the end, leave the area and equip your semi-auto. Come back in and he'll be at the far end of the bridge, away from you. Open the scope and shoot him first in the legs, then in the head. Three shots to the head and he should expire. Good luck!

Follow the first guy and the last one. Exit the arena then come back in for an easy sniper target, well, not that easy (she, it is a secret). If u run out of rifle ammo use grenades and the TMP.

lol he is tough but i use greneades tmp and sniper punisher doesnt compend with him

Hmm....i really dont know if that guys way above will work. Usually when youre in a boss type fight they dont let you leave the area that youre in but try his way it sounds good. I really dont know how to beat him easily, i just kept fighting and fighting until he died.
