Visit the Rest House in Rogueport. On the first floor, there is a man named Flavio singing. He is next to a gem shaped like a skull. Talk to him and answer his question. Then, go down to the port where you found Franky and his girlfriend. Jump on the ship and talk to Flavio (the one that looks like a sailor that you talked to in the rest house). You need to find Bobbery. Go to east Rogueport until you reach the help house. Don't go in the house but get the Yoshi out. Ride Yoshi and do a flutter jump (hold A button) across the side of the bridge. When you reach the other side, get of Yoshi and climb the crates. You should be on top of a building. Go across until you see the chimney of the house all locked up. Make yourself a cardboard tube and roll in. You will see Bobbery. He refuses to go. Visit the Professor. He'll tell you to go to the rest house's juice guy (the one that is over the counter). Talk to him. He'll tell you Bobbery's history. Then, he'll give you a letter. Go back into Bobbery's house and give him the letter. He'll join your party. Go to the south port where the ship is and talk to Flavio. Set Sail!

i'm not quite sure...but i think the place to find bobbery is in the house where the door is always locked from the inside in east rogueport. the house next to where you can walk through the two walls by turning into a piece of paper. i read this somewhere but i am not sure whAt to do once you get there. i hope this helped. - <3YOSHi9<3

above ground do you know the door thats locked on the east side of rouge port, first you have to go on top of the roof on the east side then find a small opening you should be able to use the yoshi you got when you got the third crystal star, now while your on the east side go to the far right you should see a kind of bridge there go behind it then use yoshi to go across the water then just climb the boxes then use yoshi again to get across a diffrent path and just go in the opening talk to the bob-omb he will be the one your loking for he will deny you of being the one your looking for but he's not telling you the truth. PS you could always go under ground and talk to i think merlee or merluvlee i forgot but it will cost you some coins

go to the inn in roughport and if you go on the main floor at the vrey back you will see aq guy with a jewal on the talbe talk to him( hes the sailer or the ship) and there u go
