First Step
dodge her attacks,when she " runs out of gas" RAT-A-TAT-TAP her, and dodge her fire ball, repeat this 4 times. She will then Describe a magnet spell and fire it, avoid it one way only, use a gold feather.
Second Step
She will be off the side, so you have to use eggs to hit her. do this several times. until she flys around above the castle it takes on average 3 eggs, and she will move, but she will move 4 times before going above the castle
Third Step
bottles will talk about a spare Fly pad, use it to get in the air. Attack her this time with your dive bomb attack, after an attack hits, she will fire another fireball. This fire ball will have better accuracy than the first ones, but are still easily avoidable. REPEAT 4 TIMES
Fourth Step
jinjo statues will come up with one hole toward the bottom in each one. fire 3 eggs into each one to release a jinjo that will hit GRUNTY, release all 4 statues. sounds easy? too bad. She throws almost constant fireballs and the eggs aren't easy to aim into the holes, you know with the crazy lady throwing fire...
Fifth step
This part i reasearched on a WALKTHHROUGH guide because i cant even beat it, but you must dodge the last of her fire from step 4 and a quite large statue of the blue jinjo will come out of the center of the castle. Follow step 4 to unlock the jinjo and it will keep hitting her till she dies. ONE CATCH grunty won't stop throwing fireballs, this time with almost perfect accuracy, occasionally there will be a magnet spell See step 1 to dodge these. after each MAGNET SPELL she will pause but only for a breif minute, take this short time to fire eggs into the holes

Go to treasure Trove cove and on the sandcastle floor type in cheatagoldenglowtoprotectbanjo you will now have infinite golden feathers which means you are invinsible to all of her attacks so now when she stops jump at her with the golden feather attack
