The bomb flower........hmmm........well........Ah you go to where you met Din. Go down and you'll see some holes jump over them and swim down. There you should see the portal and go in. There should be in the other world. Walk down to the far right of the map and you should be able to see something that looks like a lava beach. Here you will need your feather to jump accross things and keep doing this till you see a bomb flower on the ground. Hope this is clear enough.and if you need more help I come every week on this particular game if I have time.
