I went to home world and used the beeba flute. I beat the giant bug it made a hole, but when I go to another world, the hole is gone. I really need to know what to do so I can get the bones for Skelly!!!!!!

The problem is that you're searching in the wrong hole. Skelly's backbone (which I'm assuming is the piece your looking for because it's the only one found in the Hydra Marshes) is in a small hole near a treasure chest. I won't tell you where it is because that would ruin the fun. Of course, if you want the fun to be officially ruined, just reply to this and I'll tell you.
