you can only use it at these big tap things, u have to stand on the red circle so that it goes green and then press o to activate it. Good luck to your grandson

Their are little platforms next to water, you need to stand on these and then use the action button to use the hydrodisplacer to suck up the water, then you need to go to another and use the hydrodisplacer again to use the water from the previous pool of water.
