What you have to do is basically leave them there and venture on into the next couple of rooms. In one of those rooms you will see a cursed chest that will give you the ability to turn sideways. After, you will have to do a spin jump to stomp on the panel inside of the cage. Use flurrie to blow the Punies into the hole and fall in yourself. I hope this was helpful

if u mean when u are in the cage then u free the punies by smashing the floor with your butt and you will be under the cage and try to go up back and switch your member to flurrie and blow the punies to the hole u just made and go under the cage and you get all the punies.
