Go to Cycling Road and use cut on the tree(you have to either fight,capture or run away from Snorlax).Go to the top part of the buliding and go through.Then go to the house on your left.Talk to the person there and she'll give you fly!

by the bike tral cut the tree down and go thu the bulding and go out and go in the house and take to the girl.

OK you have to go west of Celedon city use cut and go thru that giant house and go in that house in the west and talk to that girl she'll give you the hm fly

go right from celidon city store and and cut the tree go into the house and go stright past the man out the other door into the other house talk 2 the girl she will give it to u
Ok, go to the place ABOVE the area that seperates CYCLING ROAD from the route right before it. (You need cut for this part and you needed to either defeat, capture, or run away from Snorlax)
After getting cut, use it on the tree near where Snorlax was... Then cut. Then go left and keep going and DO NOT stop until you find a small house. GO IN. Then talk to the girl. TADA!!! YOU GOT CUT!!!

to get fly go to celadon city.go to the west until you reach the tree.cut it down.go to the buliding. go trough it and find the house and a girl will give you fly.
