You can use an earth seal. An ocean seal is avaliable in secret shops. Also, if your lucky, you can find it in the desert when you get Hawkeye.

1 way is 2 find 1 by walking a thief around where hawkeye shows up in nabata another way is 2 buy 1 at a secret shop in the tree on the island on the right side of the map in the chapter where you get geitz
