I went back to that site and they removed the "Play as Toad" cheat... that proves what I have been saying for quite a while: it's fake.

I've seen the pic's and they're fakes. Nice cut and pasting on it though, but a trained eye could see right though it. I've also seen another site with that same picture... nice try, but "no cigar".
