I've already beaten the East Castle and got the green pendant, but now I want the blue one down in the SW Castle, but I need to be able to lift rocks. Help!

The Power Glove needed to lift the light coloured stones is in the Desert Palace, or the SW castle as you call it. To get in, use the Book of Mudora on the green monolith.
