The highest level that I have reached is level 45 and I wanted to know if they can go any higher.

Believe me it's 60 (I have the Greatest Hits version so it may be different in the original).

100 it took me a whole month so just keep traing and also it's easy as heck to win the game at that point

I believe the max level is 60. That takes some time :S

There is no maxx level. right now I have Dart at level 61.
