yeah go to the mountain that looks like a volcano the one where you have to sail to get there. Then kill the ogres eventually one of then will drop an ogre fang.

There is a random caravan event where you can buy ogre fangs from Sheula or you can occasionally find them after killing an ogre.

the way i got is pretty easy....go to the mines where the orcs are and there are to ogres in that level kill them and u will get 2.....im in the 3 cycle so try and go there too
