Sorry, no one by either of those names exists in the game. Perhaps they are spelled incorrectly.

Yep, you names spelled incorrectly from the cheat you read. Check here:

And scroll down to the section called Sidequest! Finding the Princess. The names are Knocfelna and Te Odow.
