To unlock Taishi Ci, play as Zhou Yu in musou mode for the Wu Kingdom. When you get the "Assault on the Wu Territory", fight your way to the general in the bottom right fort on the map. Make sure to NOT fight Taishi Ci at all. Kill the general in the bottom right fort and Taishi Ci will join your forces. Then finish the the level. Make sure the difficulty is on Hard, or it will not work!! Good luck

just keep playing as the red team and eventually it will come up and say you have unlocked the characters you want.
