Umm.. I think you have the Friends of Mineral town by your questions. So I'll answer them or some.
I don't completly know her scheldule but she is at the store on monday, Wednesday-Saturday at 8:00- 4:00. She may not be where you buy stuff but after you see a couple of her scenes you should be able to go back there. The store is actually opened at 8am. At night 7:00 she should be at the inn. and sometimes she is outside her house with Rick, by that big tree next to the Hospital. Rick is your rival if your trying to get Karen.
The blue feather is at the Supermarket when you get a girl on the red heart and also it should come in your mail saying that the blue feather is for sale. Make sure the girl gots a big red heart.
Yes you can buy the house but it takes a while I got it in 3 years and I did that omly with crops not with any of those codes. That is why there is that empty spot by those 2 farms.
