It is only available when you decide to race OUT of underground mode. It will be beyond the end of the list of the customized cars. If you beat the game though, the best cars are always gonna be the ones YOU made, all of the preprogrammed ones will suck next to a fully tricked out ride.

if u think u can use the car in underground u cant alls u have to do is wait at the selection screen

if this does not work browse through carefully in quick race mode

You wait a while at the car selectoin screen and just check up on it daily and you will see them. the pety pablo car looks the best

just get out of underground mode and go to quick race and look for cars after the skyline

sigle race and split screen races and the last car you ever unlock with style points is eddies skyline !!!!!
