After you go to the Mount Crenel for the first time and the little plant dude says: " A friend of mine in a cave just east of here, in Tribly Highlands, has an item. If you're planning on going up Mount Crenel, I think you might need it. It won't get you to the top, but it might give you a start". Where is that place? I can't find it.

go to trilby highlands and down the ladder. between two fires is a place where you can use a bomb. after using it, go in and you'll see him. block yourself, then talk to him.

when u go to trilby highlands theres a ladder. u go down that ladder after u bomb the wall block the deku nut. talk to him and he gives u an empty jar so u can put water and stuff.
