try change his field with some of field magic card that boost your monster str.this will give you the advantage to beat him because all his monster are toon type and almost only stay in toon world.

Ok to beat pegasus god he uis annoying and he doesnt even give you a rose card i used the cards Perfectly great ultimate moth, mirror wall pumpkings and the card celtic guardian face up in defence mode. Celtic guardian has an efect. When its in face up defence position you cant use cards that can take control of the opposing players monsters.
I absolutley kicked butt against him with these cards.
