press ~ that will show the console then type wasser
that will fix it the water will be dropped

I have only played this game through once but i always thought you couldn't obtain water unless its from the odd sailsman. If you go to Shaddar-Nur to the east of the desert well if i remember correctly thats a town. Try going there for water although i'm not completly sure. You should also try Nomad-Nur or Aish-Jadar. Sorry if this isn't any help. I can't even play my game at the moment.
