The 4th monkey can only be catched once you the the Sky Flyer Gadget, you get it later in the game.

u must be patient and leave the monkey be. all that matters then is that u have cleared the level. latter on in this game when u clear certain lvls u get gadgets. one gadget in particullar helps u get the monkey on the platue. WAIT AND GET THE GADGET
