i've played or completed this game once and on my second try a few months into owning the game a box appears saying "disk verification error" when loading. I've looked at files related to the game but nothing i do seems to fix this. I thought it may be a scratch on the disk thats causing this however i can only see one. I have cleaned it but it doesn't do much good. A friend told me of a patch that maybe available that will let me play the game without using the disk. I would like to know any advice on this problem if you have any.
