there is a rumer that if u finich 200 pokedex beat cute,beuty,cool,smart,tough in all the contest and get all the stars in your card u can go to the space station and "if" the scientest says:the rocket launch is a 100 percent sucscesful then he will k u if u want to go to space say yes and u will find jirachi and if u have 50 percent in launch u can get deoxys it may be true.... no one knows

Don't listen to those rumors they're fake. You can only get it via the pokemon colleseum bonus disk.

yeah, u can only get jiratchi if u have a gamecube and the pokemon collesum bounes disk, thie link cabel for linking the gba to th g cube,an one gba,or gba sp with the pokemon sapphire
