You should have at least 2 Gushing Magmas, maybe 3. Have Full HP,MP, and SP. I had Dart and Rose at D-Level 2 and I think Lavitz at D-level 1 or 2. Just fight him for a minute and when he pulls out the bombs pretty early into hte battle, use the Gushing Magmas to destroy them all-and hurt Drake (the bandit). USe Dart or Rose for that because their Magic is stronger.
After he does that, you're clear for a bit. Use either Rose's or Dart's Dragoon specials to increase their magic and use FLameshot and Astral Drain. Lavitz should jsut attack
When he pulls out the wire, just use regular attacks to save MP to destroy it. If he pulls out the bombs while you're a Dragoon, use Explosion, Death Dimension, or Wing Blaster.
Drake will heal himself, but don't panic. Just keep hitting him hard wiht magical attacks until you can't do that anymore.
Drake is a wind fiend, so if you have any Earth items like Pellet, use them to do even more damage.

make sure u use rose , dart and lavitz. make sure when u begin battling drake u already have special and a full hp use the special it really helps. After he usees a healing potion make sure u have a special cause he won't raise up again. Then try you'r best to do doubles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
