i really dont know when this was posted or if you know where the 39th balloon is but i have 47 balloons. there is 4 hidden balloons around the island theres 1 hidden in the trees on the way to the ice tracks or ice world, take a right through the waterfall the you will come to a log bridge dont go past it instead look to your right an you will see 3 trees theres a balloon hidden there.

here we go dude. look, i dont know where the 39 th balloon is, but i know how to get 39 ballloons. all u have to do is go to the cheat code menu and type the code, EOLAOBFENRLONE. this code adds one extra balloon to the number of balloons u have.
