I'm on mission 3. I fly out from the station, and i have to go to california minor. when i approach the planet an animation comes in with three military ships. I have some sound problems so i can't hear if they say anything. After the anim there's no objective, i don't know what do do, i can't dock with anything, i can't kill the fighters because the mission fails, simply nothing happens. What do i have to do?

I just found the answer for my own questionDDDD It IS a bug. Solution: Save the game on Willard station, fly out, and go to california minor. Animation, nothing happens. Quit, restart your computer, start freelancer again and load the game. Now after the animation the ships turn hostile and you can kill them and proceed to california.

ok this may sound stupid but you need to shoot them until their shields go offline then ram the ships to death (which may take some time) try to keep your ship at a low speed like 10 and fly the ship into the enemy ship while pushing the tab button a few times while keeping the enemy ship in the center.
